Bahrain Grand prix 2010- about tickets, how to reach & where to stay

Welcome to the first race of Formula1 grand prix 2010 season(12-13-14 March). This year Bahrain has been chosen to host the first race of the season definitely you would like to catch up the action. For those who want to travel but dont know about how to go about here is a blog which will try to recommend you about your tickets purchase, flight and hotel stay and how to reach Bahrain International Circuit.

Tickets:
If you are buying tickets online then I would like  to recommend the following site:http://www.bahraingp.com/en/tickets.The Grand stand (Main,Batelco & Turn 1) is the best place to watch the race from but if you want to lessen the burden on your purse I would suggest both the Victory  Grandstands. You can get a three day pass from Friday-Sunday or only the Race day pass which is valid for Sunday. The atmosphere at the Bahrain International Circuit is like a carnival on these three days with a lot of variety shows on display.

Airlines

Gulf Air is the official sponsor for the Bahrian Grand Prix 2010 and it operates flights to various European and Asian destinations.Check the link to find out moreGulf Air.
However you can also try out the link to the below mentioned airlines if it makes your visit to Bahrain convenient.
Jet Airways
Lufthansa
KLM
British Airways

I would also suggest Bahrain Air if this low cost carrier flies to your city.

Hotels
All hotels in Bahrain charge a premium for the week when the race is held. Though hotels are booked well in advance I would like to give my recommendations. All hotels are based in the capital Manama and one has to take a transport to go to the race track.
For more hotels click here

Finally one main reason why you should be at the Bahrain International Circuit on March 14th because Michael Schumacher is back on track!
